What the app stores

Your account identifier, prompts, selected reference media, generated media, project information, generation status and credit transactions are stored to provide the service. Your library is private to your account. Authorised API keys can access the permissions you grant them.

Who processes a creation

Clerk provides sign-in. Supabase stores application data and media. Vercel hosts the web service. When you approve a creation, your prompt and selected references are sent to Sume and the selected model’s providers. Do not upload media you lack permission to use. Each creation requires your confirmation of these rights and the processing disclosure.

For recorded-footage transcription, the quote identifies Sume or Google as the recipient before you approve processing. A private audio copy is extracted from your recording for that provider. Your original recording, transcript, corrections and selected takes are stored with your workspace. Vercel-hosted processing prepares audio and renders edited exports.

Connected accounts and publishing

When you connect an advertising or social account, Zernio and the connected platform process the account connection and the information needed for supported reports or publishing. Saved reviews can include your account identity, creative, destination, caption, audience, budget and schedule. Preparing a draft does not publish it; publication and advertising actions require their separate owner approvals.

Pages and media you explicitly publish can be viewed outside your private library. Connected platforms may retain published content and campaign records under their own policies. Removing your account here does not promise deletion of every copy held by another platform.

Payments and analytics

Web payments use Stripe test mode in this preview. iOS purchases are prepared for Apple StoreKit. The app records credit grants, reservations, captures and refunds. It also records first-party journey events to understand where creation flows fail; these events should not contain your prompts or photos.

Delete your work or account

You can delete individual media in your library. Account → Delete account closes access, revokes developer keys and requests removal of your media and creative content. Active provider jobs must be reconciled before final cleanup. Financial records and a minimal deletion record are retained for accounting and to prevent accidental account recreation.

Existing signed media links can remain valid until they expire. Removal from this app’s storage does not establish the retention policy of upstream model providers. Provider-specific retention and international processing terms must be verified before the public release.
