Help with your creation

A creation is taking longer than expected

Open Activity to check the current status. You can leave the app and return. If submission was interrupted, use Recover submission to check the original request. Starting another creation may create a separate charge.

A creation failed

The reserved credits are returned when the server confirms failure or cancellation. Check Balance & usage for the transaction history. If cancellation is refused because processing already started, the app continues checking the original job.

Report an output

Open the result in your library and choose Report. Include the reason so the report can be investigated. Reporting does not publish your media.

Manage your data

Delete individual creations from the library or request full account deletion from Account. Account deletion closes access and requests removal of creative content after active work is reconciled.

Contact the project owner through the channel that supplied your preview invitation. A public support address and staffed report handling are required before release; this preview does not advertise a response-time guarantee.
